Everyone has a role to play in making Okaloosa County a healthier place to live, learn, work and play. Please join us for a Town Hall Meeting to help choose the priority community health issues in our neighborhood!
During these meetings, community members will review draft copies of the 2017 Community Health Assessment (CHA). The CHA document tells the story of health in Okaloosa and helps educate the public. These meetings are open to the public and everyone is welcome to attend.
If you can't attend a Town Hall Meeting, you can still provide us with what important health issues that you want the community to address. Please fill out the feedback form.
