DOH-OKALOOSA ANNOUNCES DESTIN TOWN HALL FOR 2022 COMMUNITY HEALTH ASSESSMENT

FT. WALTON BEACH, Fla–The Florida Department of Health in Okaloosa County (DOH-Okaloosa) announces date of the Destin town hall for the 2022 Community Health Assessment. Residents are invited to attend to review the draft 2022 Community Health Assessment and help identify priority public health issues.

The Community Health Assessment is a document that DOH-Okaloosa produces every 3-5 years. The CHA tells a story about the health issues in Okaloosa County.
