Ft. Walton Beach, Fla. – Due to weather forecast improvement, the Florida Department of Health in Okaloosa County (DOH-Okaloosa) has opened a special afternoon COVID-19 testing site scheduled on October 29, 2020. The testing site will be held from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at DOH-Okaloosa’s Fort Walton Beach location. To schedule an appointment, please call 850-344-0566.
