Ryan White Part C Services

  • Who's Eligible For the Ryan White Program?

Any person residing in Okaloosa or Walton Counties who is HIV positive may complete an eligibility process for services provided at DOH-Okaloosa to be paid fully and/or partially by the Ryan White program.  Eligibility is based on income and family size, with an annual cap of out of pocket expenses that clients may be charged.  Services not covered by the Ryan White program are charged to clients on a sliding fee scale.  An HIV positive test result is required to enroll in the program. The Ryan White Part C Early Intervention Services Program does not refuse services based on sex, age, religion, race, economic status, sexual orientation or mode of transmission.
